So as I mentioned in the about me section that I like to drive my husband crazy in my 'set ways' well the more I have thought about this, I have wayyyy too many set ways type things. Anytime I go to work and then leave to go to lunch and come back to find that MY parking space that I was previously in that day has been taken by someone else truly flips me out! When I go to the grocery store I have to park in the same place or very close to the same everytime. When we 1st got out new washer and dryer, the settings that I started out with about a year ago are the same ones that I use for everything, which was so 'diligently' pointed out to me last night. When I first learned how to cook I cooked everything on high and always wondered why a lot of stuff burned... (I have now thankfully gotten out of that habit) when we go on vacation we have to go to the same place every year. When I 1st started scrapbooking all of my pages looked the same just different colors and sickers..
and when I am loading my dishes into the dish washer they all have to go in a certain order or I am convinced that they aren't all going to get clean! lol but however when I used to have to do dishes by hand they all had to go in a certain order. Cups first, the plates n bowls, then pots and pans and finally the silverware. HAD to do them that way... Cleaning is always the same thing too. Gotta start with the bathrooms, go to the living room, then the kitchen and finally bedrooms.
ok so as I have written this I have realized how crazy I may actually be. So if I am not back on here for a while I am probably in therapy! :-)

In response to making your blog a recipe exchange, it sounds like a great idea-but I wouldn't make it the sole focus of your blog. There are a lot of recipe blogs out there. I think the best way to get to know people is to just write about a little bit of everything. Go around and visit some blogs that interest you, leave a comment, and then hopefully that person will do the same.
If you go to your profile and click on the highlighted words in your hobbies, interests, favorites section, etc.-that will bring up all the other bloggers who have that listed too. So if in your interests section you have scrapbooking just click on that word and all the other bloggers who are interested in scrapbooking will pop up. Good way to meet people that you know you'll have at least something in common with. It's also a great way for other people to find you.
And of course, I don't link to a lot of blogs on my site but you can always start with them. I promise they are all super nice---otherwise they wouldn't like me. =) Just branch out from there. Enjoy blogging. It can be addictive though.
